$1,300 Fully-Furnished Room - Access to an Entire House (New Milford, NJ 07646)

Please read it completely before contacting me and note that the rooms are for 'working professionals' who plan to rent long term.
I am the owner of a private house, and I am renting all rooms of the house to working professionals as of the date of this post (11/05/25).
The house was fully-remodeled this past summer and is comprised of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bathrooms and common areas are shared spaces.
The rooms you will be renting will be fully furnished - this will include a Full/Queens size headboard, mattress, dresser, mirror, night table, bed-in-a-bag set, and other essential items that one needs in a room.
In addition, the tenant will have access to all the amenities one can find in a house. This includes:
1) Access to Wi-Fi Services from Verizon.
2) Access to the kitchen - cook or prep your meals at your own leisure. Just make sure that you clean after yourself. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all types of pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, glassware, and your standard kitchen appliances. You don't have to buy anything extra unless you wish to do so.
3) Access to basement and storage area in attic,
4) Access to the Washing Machine and Dryer located in the basement,
5) Access to Living Room, Dining Room and Common Area, and
6) Access to the Backyard.
The house has both central Air Conditioning and central Heat which are paid by the owner, provided that you are reasonable with the usage.
There are a few other perks that I will cover when we meet face-to-face.
Here are my requirements:
~ You need to be fully employed and be able to provide proof of funds to pay your rent on time (i.e. the last 2 Pay stubs);
~ You will need to provide One month's rent and one month deposit before you move in.
~ Be responsible, neat, and respectful.
~ DO NOT BRING GUESTS OVERNIGHT - This is not a hotel and is not negotiable! You can however bring friends/family members/acquaintances during the day-time.
~ Do not bring pets or smoke in the house.

I am easy going and very laid back. I am also a healthcare professional w/25+ yrs of experience in that field, and a licensed Real Estate Agent.
The monthly rent ranges from $1300-1500 depending on which room you select. Do note that your monthly rent is an all-inclusive rate covering water, heat, central air conditioning, internet access, cable, and the cleaning of your room/common areas. I've hired a professional cleaning company that comes twice a month to clean the entire house and all common areas. They charge a hefty fee but believe me is money well spent!
Please DO NOT ask me if I can lower the rent to $800 or even less. If that's what you are looking for, you may search for rooms in other towns which are listed for as low as $500.
