We’re offering a private, fully furnished room in our well-maintained Clifton home for a responsible individual looking for a clean, stable housing arrangement. This room was previously listed on Airbnb and consistently received 5-star reviews under our Superhost status. We’re now transitioning to a co-housing model with flexible, longer stays.

Flexible entry/exit — no curfew. We’ve welcomed many guests working night shifts or odd hours who appreciated being able to come and go freely without concern about disturbing others.
Location
Located in a safe, residential neighborhood of Clifton, NJ. There’s plenty of free on-street parking with no permits or time restrictions. While not ideal for commuting into NYC without a car, the home is near several Park & Ride locations if public transit is needed. We’re also conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, and key towns like Paterson, Passaic, and Hackensack.

$350 per week or $1,350 per month
