Warehouse space needed, Some Specific needs. Basement perfect!

Hi, I'm looking for a shop/warehouse space for my business.

We do make a bit of noise though. We will be drilling into glass bottles with a drill press, for a couple of hours, several times a week. Its required for one of the products that we make. The noise isn't terrible, but if there are other people around, it may be annoying. We can also work around the schedules of others as to when we drill, to limit any inconveniences.
We also need access to a sink to be able to wash out the bottles afterwards.
Otherwise, we are a regular ecommerce business. Will need shelving space, and room for a table, boxes, and other shipping supplies.
If you have a spare basement or garage, this may be the perfect way for you to make some extra money, especially if you are gone during the day anyways and the noise won't bother you at all.
Also open to commercial locations or even offices, as long as the above works.
