Graphlex Century 35 Film Camera, made in Japan by Kowa. Graphlex was a Rochester, NY company famous for Large format and Press cameras. But 35mm cameras were becoming popular in the late 1950's.

Graphlex made their early 35mm cameras, but eventually found that the Japan produced ones were better in quality.

This is a 35mm True Rangefinder focusing 35mm Film Camera -
Coupled Rangefinder for accurate focusing, viewfinder works,, RF mechanism works but needs cleaning.

Quality Kowa Lens, very much like the Koadak Ektar. Coated for sharpness.

Shutter is gummed up so will not fire, needs a cleaning to work. Flash Shoe.

Vinyl case, but 35mm film holder is real leather and says: "Made in Vietnam" Hmm, when??
