The office includes utilities such as electric, hvac, and internet (1 GB fiber speed for those wondering). The office is available for office / administrative work. It is not meant for use by a retail establishment or someone seeing patients/customers on a regular and daily basis. The other tenants are in professional services and maintain a mostly quiet space with the exception of the occasion telephone call.
One parking spot is provided with the space. Additional are available at a cost. Unfortunately, the lot will not accommodate oversized vehicles or work vans/tucks. If you are unsure, send us the length of your vehicle or the make/model. The parking space is outdoors and non covered, solely for your automobile and storage of other items in the spot is not allowed.
The cost is $650 / month and the term is month to month. Payment is made each month via cash, check, or zelle. There is also a security deposit equal to one month's rent. A lease will be required as well as a COI of insurance.
Someone is usually at the location Monday - Friday 9am-5pm most work days, so if you would like to come by and see it, you can arrange an appointment. Please do not show up unannounced as we might not be able to assist you.
