We are a growing and fast-paced company in Emerson, NJ looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily operations M-F from 9-5.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Manage emails, scheduling, and calendar coordination
Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems
Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior administrative or office experience preferred but not required
