We are a fast-growing Puerto Rican restaurant brand expanding across NYC & NJ. We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and business-savvy Office Administrator to support daily operations behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and knows how to keep a business running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage daily emails + business communication
• Answer and route phone calls professionally
• Create & send invoices; track and follow up on payments
• Review contracts and vendor agreements (attention to detail required)
• Handle credit card disputes with clarity and documentation
• Conduct market research (vendors, pricing, competitors, etc.)
• Pay bills and maintain organized financial/administrative files
• Create simple designs using Canva (menus, flyers, labels, etc.)
• Update website backend (product changes, prices, information)
• Maintain schedules, calendars, and digital organization
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong communication + professionalism
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Experience in admin, office support, or business operations
• Able to work independently + problem solve
• Canva experience (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Basic web backend familiarity ( Wordpress/ Shopify / Wix / Squarespace a plus)
• Knowledge of contracts or general business law is a bonus
