Teaneck / North Jersey
SUMMARY (READ FIRST)
Small business owner needs a strong, reliable TEMP right-hand operator to help manage chaos, close loops, and support operations during a busy period in February.
This is a hands-on, execution role — not a passive admin job.
This is a temporary engagement (approx. 2–3 weeks).
If it goes well, there may be future work — but that is not guaranteed.

You’ll work closely with the owner and need to think, act, and follow through without constant direction.

Dependable and proactive
Comfortable jumping into unclear situations
Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve
Organized but flexible
Someone people trust to “just handle it”
