Operations Coordinator – Admin / Office Support (Doer Wanted)

I’m looking for one reliable, organized, proactive operator to help coordinate and manage day-to-day operations for a small, growing side project focused on local home renovation and service coordination.
This is not a corporate admin role and not just paperwork.
I’m looking for someone who likes taking responsibility, following up, keeping things organized, and making sure work actually gets done.
We’ll start with a paid trial. If it’s a good fit, there is long-term growth potential.
What You’ll Do
Respond to calls, texts, and emails
Collect and organize customer requests
Coordinate with service providers
Track details, schedules, and follow-ups
Make sure tasks are completed and closed out
Help improve simple office systems and processes
This is a mix of office coordination + real-world execution.
