PART TIME — Office & Operations Coordinator | Bergen County NJ | $22-25/hr
Small but growing Bergen County home services and renovation company looking for one organized, reliable, self-motivated person to help keep the operation running smoothly.
This is a part time role — 8-12 hours per week across two sessions. You'll work directly with the owner, help manage a small team, track open items, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
— Track open items and follow up on commitments with small team
— Run weekly check-ins with team members — last week review, next week targets
— Keep owner organized — calendar, files, open loops, follow-ups
— Handle vendor calls, collections, and escalations when needed
— Organize and maintain Google Drive and physical files
— Support light marketing — listings, Google reviews, social media posts
— End of session briefing to owner — what's moving, what's not, what needs attention
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
— Strong office and admin background
— Tech proficient — Google Drive,spreadsheets, basic computer skills
— Organized and detail oriented — nothing slips through
— Strong communicator — phone, in person
— Self managed — ownership mindset, doesn't wait to be told
— Reliable and consistent — shows up and follows through
— Small business background a strong plus
— Bergen County local — in person availability required
COMPENSATION:
— $22-25/hr depending on experience
— 8-12 hrs/week to start — two sessions per week
— Hours grow with business and performance
