HaulPro Forklifts & Material Handling is growing fast, and we are looking for a highly organized, dependable Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team immediately.
β οΈ IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT:
Prior QuickBooks Online experience is REQUIRED.
Applicants without hands-on QuickBooks experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
β Full bookkeeping and financial record keeping
β Managing accounts payable & accounts receivable
β Creating invoices and processing vendor payments
β Bank & credit card reconciliations
β Maintaining organized office systems
β Assisting sales team with order processing and follow-through
β Communicating with customers and vendors
β General administrative support
Required Experience:
β QuickBooks Online (MANDATORY)
β Strong Excel skills
β Bookkeeping experience
β Ability to manage financial data accurately
Preferred (Plus, But Not Required):
β’ Odoo (ERP experience)
β’ Shopify experience
β’ Social media management
