Job Title: Regional Property Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and leadership-oriented Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of several residential/commercial properties. In this role, you won't just be managing buildings; you’ll be managing the people who keep them running. Your primary focus will be ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high occupancy rates, and providing direct leadership and oversight to our team of on-site Superintendents.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor on-site Supers. Conduct regular site walk-throughs to ensure maintenance standards and safety protocols are met.
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including vendor relations, contract negotiations, and preventative maintenance scheduling.
Financial Management: Oversee property budgets, collections, and CAM reconciliations. Ensure all properties are meeting their Net Operating Income (NOI) goals.
Tenant Relations: Act as the escalation point for tenant issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Compliance: Ensure all properties adhere to local, state, and federal regulations (housing laws, building codes, and safety standards).
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in property management, with a proven track record of managing multiple sites.
