Looking for an Admin Assistant with full knowledge of bookkeeping. We use Quickbooks desktop. MUST know how to use payroll, and make weekly PR tax payments, as well as get needed yearly reports to the accountant for taxes, and be able to run yearly W-2's, weekly reconciliation, enter invoices and pay bills. Printing invoices, statements for customers, (A/P,A/R), answering phones, occasionally printing labels, filing, scanning, helping the owner with any insurance info such as audits, etc.
Another part of the job is assisting the owner with keeping up with tenant's rental payments, sending statements if money or late fees are owed, making sure their business insurance is current, within the lease requirements.
You will also need to help the owner with various daily business tasks, and you must be able to speak, read, and write fluent English, as the owner has no knowledge of any other language.
It's a small family-like business, who needs someone to be the "glue" that helps hold it together.
The position is part time 2-3 days a week, but can lead to more hours as needed. Salary is negotiable.
