- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning and filing
Qualifications:
- Light computer literacy / Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
20 hours per week
Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
