We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Roselle, NJ. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office tasks and some bookkeeping functions, as well as a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Office Assistant-10 Hours a Week:
• Coordinate and oversee daily office operations.
• Handle internal and external correspondence and communication.
• Organize and maintain files and documentation.
• Administrative Support:
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Assist in preparing documents.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in office tasks and (preferably but not necessary) accounting functions.
• Bank Deposit and check writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
