We are an Automotive Interior Trim/Upholstery Shop, located in Butler NJ and are looking for Customer service / Office Assistant to perform administrative duties for management.
This is a small office environment but an EXTREMELY busy workplace. Good pay in a clean and fun environment.
Responsibilities include. . .
* Answering phone calls in a professional manner
* Assisting with creating and maintaining business relationships with Clients and Vendors
* Screening Calls
* Scheduling Clients appointments
* Placing Orders / Follow-up / Tracking orders
* Invoicing and monthly Statements
Must Have. . .
* An Outgoing Personality
* Strong Customer Service and communication skills.
* Teamwork skills and the ability to work together with management and staff, as well as Clients and Vendors
* Must be organized and efficient
* Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and the desire to excel
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, but not a requirement
Experience in the automotive industry is a HUGE plus
Daytime Hours at our location… this is not a remote position.
