Real estate office in Paterson is looking for someone for a part-time position. The position is to provide administrative support to owner/broker, agents, and staff, including but not limited to:

- answer phones
- make appointments
- data entry
- clerical duties

Must be:
- a people person
- reliable
- internet savvy
- organized
- self-motivated
- detail-oriented
- a quick learner
- able to multi-task
- able to follow written and oral directions, and
- able to meet deadlines.

Must be familiar with office equipment and Microsoft Office. MUST be bi-lingual English/Spanish.
Hours are Mon-Fri 1pm - 7pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm...PLEASE EMAIL YOUR RESUME.
