Family owned and operated school bus company is hiring for its Reservations Manager position. Trans-Ed staff works together as a team in a friendly family style environment, with each position having an opportunity to evolve and expand. As a Reservations Manager, you would be responsible for responding to requests for school bus transportation for school trips, as well as for third party individuals that require transportation for special events. This person will manage the entire booking process, including: Identifying potential new customers, providing personalized quotes to various types of customers, entering trip data in our trip software, and collecting payment information from customers. This person will also play a key role in calculating payroll for 20+ drivers as he/she will close out all trips by the end of each weekly payroll period.

Maintaining relationships with these customers and providing exceptional customer service will be necessary in order to succeed in the position of Reservations Manager. Ability to enter high volume data accurately will also be necessary. Fluent in written and verbal English is required; Bilingual in Spanish also required.
