Office & Warehouse Helper (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Josephson Home Décor is a growing wholesale area rug, e-commerce, and mattress distribution company. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Office & Warehouse Helper to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth. Training will be provided during the first two weeks.
Compensation
- $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
- Part-time to start
- Full-time position available after training period
Requirements
- Must have a valid New Jersey driver’s license (local deliveries may be required)
- Position can be labor-intensive at times
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of office and/or warehouse experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Duties Include (but are not limited to)
- Prepare customer orders accurately and stage them for shipment
- Assist with loading delivery vans when needed
- Prepare shipping labels for e-commerce orders
- Data entry, filing, and general office support
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, invoices, and payments
- Run light errands (post office, bank, etc.)
- Travel to visit customers when required
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excel knowledge is a MUST
- QuickBooks experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to multitask between office and warehouse responsibilities
