Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Greet clients and visitors
Maintain calendars, schedules, and appointment books
Manage and organize files, both physical and digital
Assist with data entry and bookkeeping
Prepare and edit documents, proposals
Process paperwork, scan documents, and maintain files
Perform other administrative tasks as needed

There is two open positions : one from 7am to 1pm and another one from 1pm to 5pm
Qualifications Required
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Previous customer service or office experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with email, Microsoft Office and data entry
