Job description:
The Job entails working side by side with the manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Assisting in creating, maintaining, updating Excel spreadsheets, creating emails using Outlook, assisting in copying, scanning, filing, etc.
-Creating fliers, and other marketing materials using canva as needed.
-Assisting in keeping the facility organized and clean.
- Keeping track of office and facility supplies and order them as needed
- Assisting the Manager in other task as needed to run the Office.
Qualifications:
-Must be proficient in Excel spreadsheets, Word & Outlook email.
-Must have basic math and writing skills.
-Must have dependable transportation.
-Must have a clean, calm and professional demeanor.
-Must be detail oriented.
-Must be good in communications via phone call, email, etc.
-Must be self-organized, punctual and reliable.
-Must be able to lift 20 Lb.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Job Type:
Part-time, 20 to 30 hours per week.
Morning, evening, weekend shifts are available.
