Allure Properties Group, a local property management company located in Vernon, NJ, is in search of a bookkeeping/admin assistant individual. Must be proficient with QuickBooks with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, and must have experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Provide general administrative support, such as filing, organizing documents, spreadsheets in excel, and email corresponding. Duties to also include bank reconciliations, data entry, answering phones, making appointments, and multi-tasking is essential. Must have high degree of accuracy and be detailed oriented, pleasant and professional with our clients, and work well with others.
