We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team!
The ideal candidate is a fast learner who enjoys working in a team environment, can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and has strong communication and organizational skills.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
• Organizing, photocopying, and filing documents in the appropriate folders
• Calling customers regarding various matters
• Assisting in placing and managing orders in our system
• Performing general office support duties as needed
📌 Requirements:
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred)
• Good communication with coworkers and clients
• Must be organized and able to multitask
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
• Must have a work permit
