We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Location: Little Ferry, NJ
Days: Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:00p.m.
Pay Rate - $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring tools are maintained.
• Create instruction sheets
• Reach out to vendors to get prices for materials and Purchase materials.
• Create POs
• Invoice customers
• Set up shipments between companies and vendors.
• Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with external vendors.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
• Maintain and update office filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Provide general administrative support to senior management and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Customer service background
