Office Manager assistant (Jersey City)

compensation: $16-$20per hr to start based upon exp

Seeking a office manager assistant for a busy construction company

Fast pace office environment

Heavy phone volume

Email correspondence to all clients with professional etiquette

Quick thinker, self motivated and able to think outside the box.

Must be proficiently able to handle all office duties , Must be proficiently able to handle answer phones , Must be proficiently able to handle invoices, Must be proficiently able to handle payroll entry, Must be proficiently able to handle multi task, etc

Must be reliable and able to work Monday through Friday from 8-5pm.

Must be proficient in MS Office, have pleasant telephone manner, and be able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis including maintaining a schedule for estimators, writing emails to customers as needed and communicating with staff at all times.

Pay rate $16-$20hour depends on experience.
