Our firm, Brown, LLC, handles False Claims Act (Qui Tam), Whistleblower, Class Action, and Mass Tort matters, including high-profile, national cases. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Executive Legal Assistant & Project Coordinator who will serve as the right hand to the head of the firm while also supporting our litigation teams and internal operations. Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Organize and track firmwide projects, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.

Team Support: Provide administrative and operational assistance to litigation teams and internal staff.

Advertising & Marketing Assistance: Partner with the firm’s advertising manager on select initiatives.

Document Review: Participate in an immediate review project and assist with case-related tasks as needed.

Utility Role: Step into diverse assignments, from coordinating internal requests to supporting special projects.
