Warehouse Assistant Manager – Party & Tent Rental Company
Growing party and tent rental company looking for a hardworking, organized, and dependable Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage warehouse operations, supervise crews, and help keep events running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage daily warehouse operations
- Organize tents, tables, chairs, linens, and event equipment
- Supervise loading and unloading of trucks
- Assist with delivery and installation crews
- Maintain inventory and equipment condition
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
- Help schedule and coordinate crews and deliveries
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (experience preferred)
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, construction, or event rentals preferred
- Ability to work weekends and long hours during busy season
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
