Amazing Pest Control is seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with strong opportunity for advancement for the right candidate.
Position Details:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients
Assist the sales team with follow-ups and client communication
Help coordinate and participate in trade shows and events
Manage inbound/outbound calls, scheduling, and service inquiries
Maintain accurate records and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Pest control experience or industry knowledge preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
High-level computer proficiency (must be comfortable with multiple systems)
Willingness to travel as needed
Positive attitude and team-oriented
