We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to join our growing roofing business. The ideal candidate will help manage daily office operations, handle customer communication, schedule appointments, and support the team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule estimates, jobs, and appointments
Manage emails, paperwork, and filing systems
Prepare invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping
Coordinate with crews and suppliers
Maintain organized customer records and job information
Provide general office support to management
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge (email, scheduling, Microsoft Office/Google Docs)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional and friendly attitude
Previous office or secretary experience preferred
