Education & Experience:
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of managing procurement teams and vendor relationships.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Technical & Functional Skills:
• Deep understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiation.
• Familiarity with supply chain regulations, international sourcing, and compliance (e.g., ITAR, ISO).
• Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in procurement analytics tools.
• Knowledge of inventory control and demand planning.
Leadership & Management:
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end procurement cycles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
• Experience in vendor selection, performance evaluation, and risk management.
• Capable of driving cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and supplier reliability.
Soft Skills:
