Seeking a Bread Route administrator:
Job details:
- Handle customer orders and special requests
- Input all bread orders which include, bread, rolls, cakes etc.
- Send a copy of order to customer by text to confirm what was ordered matches what they requested
- Show up at depot nightly to meet with the drivers and make sure orders look right
- Communicate any special requests to drivers and confirm it has been done
- Prepare invoices for delivery to drivers
- Print and bring paperwork to drivers on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights
- Collect payments from customers on Friday and Saturday mornings
- Handle all customer complaints which includes taking the call, assuring customer matter will be handled, replace missing items and arrange or deliver new order
- Relay any important details to Bread Route owners
Job requirements:
- Must have reliable car
- Must use provided cell phone for all customer communications
- Must be able to be able to answer all customer call & complaints
- Must be comfortable driving up to 50 + miles to meet with customers
- Must be able to input orders on weekends (Friday and Sunday only)
- Individual must be able to communicate effectively, always talk to customers with a smile and be extremely detail oriented
- Must have good computer skills
This position is 6 days a week.
Hours vary.
Sunday – all orders need to be in by 2pm
Monday thru Friday – all orders need to be in by 4pm
Need to be at depot by 11pm. No depot visits are required on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday but encouraged in the beginning to establish relationships and check orders are exactly as you entered.
Total hours is: 30 hours/wk
Salary is: $700/wk
Gas expenses will be reimbursed.
