Leading Manufacturer in the Lighting Industry is seeking an Operations Coordinator.

Overview: reporting directly to the General Manager, the position will have the responsibility for coordinating the day to day customer service and order life cycle management. This is an entry level position with opportunity for growth.

• Complete management of order processing following all outlined procedures and processes

• Ensure the KPI levels are kept to the highest score possible by meeting their time horizons for all activities

• Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email or other method

• Manage all customer and representative repository data

• Issuing pro-forma invoices and sales orders • Managing Returns • Issuing pick instructions to the warehouse

• Sending supporting documents (acknowledgements, pack lists, invoices, credit notes etc.) to the customer and month end invoices to accounting

• Following all standard operating and record keeping procedures

• Develop and maintain job aids

• Assist the General Manager in a variety of business related duties that may arise

• HS Diploma, some college a plus, Associates Degree preferred

• Operations or customer service experience a plus

• Detail oriented with great organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Superior follow-up skills

• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

• Basic Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Ability to work in the USA without Sponsorship

• Valid driver’s license
