What You'll Do
As our Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in coordinating care and supporting daily office operations, including:
Answer incoming calls and assist prospective clients
Schedule caregivers and manage client schedules
Process new caregiver and client information
Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant caregiver files and documentation
Coordinate caregiver training and track required coursework
Monitor quality assurance documentation and required reports
Maintain office forms, applications, and supplies
Assist with administrative projects and day-to-day office operations
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Friendly and professional on the phone
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple priorities at once
Comfortable using computers and office software
Experience with QuickBooks and ADP preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, dependable, and a team player
Previous administrative, scheduling, or healthcare office experience preferred
Experience in home care, healthcare, or customer service is a plus
Ability to work independently while supporting a team
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
