We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls for multiple heath care offices

Manage schedules, appointments, and communications

Assist Nursing staff with tasks as needed

Perform general administrative and clerical support

Assist with data entry, filing, and other office tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and phone etiquette

Proficient with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems)

Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
