About the role
I'm looking for a self-directed assistant to take daily tasks off my plate and run with them. This is a home-office role, you'll work independently with minimal oversight, so the ability to figure things out on your own and follow through without being chased is essential.
What you'll do
- Research, gather information on companies, markets, products, or topics I need to make decisions on, and summarize the key points
- Client communication, handle inbound and outbound emails, follow-ups, and scheduling on my behalf
- Outbound calls, reach out to potential new clients by phone, qualify interest, and book meetings
- Daily admin, calendar, reminders, light document prep, and ad hoc tasks as they come up
- Own the details, when something is unclear, make a sensible call and flag it later rather than waiting
You're a fit if you
- Have prior experience as an EA, VA, or in a client-facing/coordination role
- Are comfortable picking up the phone and starting a cold conversation
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and on calls
- Are organized enough that nothing slips through the cracks
- Solve problems before escalating — I want a partner, not a task-doer
- Have a quiet home-office setup with reliable internet
- Are fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Comfortable with Google Workspace
- Experience in Vending
- Light copywriting/drafting skills
Logistics
- Part-time, fully remote
- Flexible, task-based hours, workload varies week to week. Some weeks will be busier than others, and you'll need to be available when tasks come up rather than working a fixed schedule

Send a short note about why this role fits you, your relevant experience, and your hourly rate. Bonus if you include a 60-second voice note — I want to hear how you sound on the phone.
