We're looking for a reliable, responsible individual to serve as a live-in house manager at our boarding house in Newark, NJ.

Weekly pay (amount discussed at interview)
What you'll do:
Be a consistent, calm presence in the house
Handle basic day-to-day oversight (common areas, tenant issues, light coordination)
Be reachable on-site
Who we're looking for:
Mature, dependable, and people-oriented
Comfortable living and working in the same space
Prior experience in a group home, rooming house, or similar setting is a plus — but not required
