I'm 50, been singing my whole life (and playing harmonica for half of it), big fan of classic rock, folk rock, and some 90's alternative stuff. Been in many bands over the years and recently played a number of Morris county venues in an acoustic duo that kicked ass...but my partner moved for a job, so I'm seeking a new situation. I've got some good connections at local joints.

I'd like to play with someone who has chops, can sing harmonies (and occasional lead, if interested), close to gig-ready (don't want to rehearse for months before playing out), and who, importantly, is willing to allow me to choose a majority of the songs. Although that may sound egotistical, the truth is that, as a lead singer, if I'm not passionate about a tune, then it shows. If I AM passionate about the songs then, trust me, you'll be partnered with someone who entertains a crowd and who will get them to come back for more. Let's jam some classic and some deeper tracks. It's not ALWAYS about what the "crowd" wants to hear...it can sometimes be about kicking a different song's ass and turning people on to something they've never heard. I have youtube clips to share.
Are you talented, fun, mellow...and looking to play with the same? Contact me. I live in Clifton, NJ now. If you reached out last time I posted this, please reach out again. Thanks
