2007 Yamaha FZ6, also known as the FZ6 FAZER
600 cc, 16-valve, liquid-cooled
6-speed w/multi-plate clutch
This bike is a popular choice for its half-fairing, upright seating position, and underseat exhaust. It has fuel injection, instrument cluster with analog tachometer and digital speedometer, four-piston monoblock brake calipers for the front brakes, alumite-finished front forks with revised damping. It's got the spirit of an R6 in a more comfortable sport touring package.
Strong engine, great clutch, and less than 100 miles on the tires. New battery and fuel pump installed spring 2026.
I haven't had much time to ride it. I think the mileage is maybe only around 5,000 miles which is impressive for a 2007.
Condition is about a 7 out of 10. There are scrapes and scratches up close. It was dropped while not moving. A few cosmetic things, but runs and rides new mechanically. Extremely fast. Clean title.
No test rides unless I have all cash in hand. Cash only. Lowest I would let it go is $3200.

Maybe a reliable, low mileage automatic car.

I saw another FZ6 selling in South Jersey last summer for around $4000 with cosmetic damage and 3 times the mileage at around 15,000 miles. There was a similar one for sale in Rochester that needed a battery and had damage from a drop and had 15,000 miles for $4100 and that was without a battery included. So I hope my price is fair. Any less and it might make more sense for me to keep it. It's a great bike.
Similar bikes to the FZ6 would probably be the R6, FZ1, a Honda CB600F, Suzuki SV650, SV650S, DL650 V-Strom, and Kawasaki Ninja 650R, 500R, or maybe the Z750S.
