We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our team. As a Manufacturing Operator, your mission is to keep our production flowing smoothly. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining specialized machinery to ensure we deliver excellence to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and adjust machinery to meet specific production requirements for each run.
Run manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures
Monitor processes in real-time to ensure optimal operation and consistent product quality.
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, escalating complex problems to the right channels when necessary.
Strictly follow all safety guidelines
What You Bring
Mechanical Aptitude, a natural comfort working with tools and machinery; you enjoy understanding how things work.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment- Additional Training offered
