Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality garments efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities
• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, stitch, and finish garments according to specifications.
• Follow sewing instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Document production progress and report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
• Experience with operating industrial sewing machines within a manufacturing or garment construction environment.
• Understanding garment construction techniques and sewing processes.
• Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and their functions.
• Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to producing quality work.
