A 23-year-old company is seeking a skilled and reliable **Embroidery Machine Operator** to join our team. Our facility is conveniently located in central Morris County, NJ.
**Position Details:**
* **Employment Type:** Full-time, permanent
* **Location:** Morris County, NJ
* **Schedule:** Flexible hours available (based on candidate preference and production needs)
* **Pay based upon skill level: starting at $20/ hr
**Responsibilities:**
* Operate and maintain **Barudan embroidery machines**
* Ensure high-quality production and attention to details
* Read and follow job specifications and designs
* Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
* Other tasks may include help in our heat-press department
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with embroidery machine operation (Barudan preferred)
* Familiarity with **Wilcom** and/or **Compucon** software is a plus
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
