Czar Millwork is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Material Handler to join our custom architectural millwork team.
This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, handling, and processing sheet goods and materials while operating our panel saw and CNC equipment. The right candidate takes pride in accuracy, organization, and working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Operate a panel saw to accurately cut sheet goods.
Load and operate CNC machinery (training provided if needed for specific equipment).
Receive, unload, and organize incoming material deliveries.
Operate a forklift safely to move materials throughout the shop.
Sort, identify, and select the correct materials for production.
Label all cut parts and materials accurately for production.
Maintain organized inventory and material storage areas.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure material accuracy.
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
Experience operating a panel saw or similar woodworking machinery.
Experience working with CNC equipment is preferred.
Ability to read cut lists and production paperwork.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Forklift experience required.
Ability to lift sheet goods and work in an active shop environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while being part of a team.
