Davis, Saperstein & Salomon PC is seeking an in-house Part-Time Community Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department and meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships between our firm, the community and outside stakeholders through daily visits to outside businesses
• Distribute promotional materials to raise awareness about our firm and our initiatives within the North Jersey area
• Attract and engage new clients
• Responsible for reaching out to schools, trade and higher education institutions, hospitals,medical conferences, etc. and scheduling presentations
• Perform administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining an accurate and current
record of deliveries, meetings, and scheduled events
Qualifications
• Received or pursuing a degree in Marketing
• Fluent in MS Office suite;
• Driver’s license with reliable transportation a must
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus;
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Enthusiasm for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift at least up to 25 lbs.
• Spanish or Korean speaking a plus
Hours: Monday through Friday, 25 hours per week, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm or noon to 5 pm
