The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, well-connected individual to join us as a sales partner. You are the face of the agency. You find the clients, pitch them, close the deal, and bring them on board. We handle everything on the technical side — the design, the build, and the ongoing maintenance.
For every client you bring in and close, you earn 40% of the first month’s revenue. Then 10% monthly recurring for months 2–12. After 12 months, the client fully transitions to the agency. The more clients you close, the more you earn.
What You’ll Do
• Identify small business owners who need website services
• Pitch and present our web development services directly to potential clients
• Handle sales conversations, answer questions, and close deals
• Be the primary point of contact during the onboarding process
• Leverage your existing network, local connections, and outreach to build a pipeline
What We’re Looking For
• Someone with strong connections to small business owners in New Jersey — salon owners, restaurant owners, retail shop owners, service providers
• Confident communicator who can pitch, handle objections, and close
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with no hand-holding
• No technical skills required — we handle all the web development
• Prior sales, networking, or business development experience is a plus but not required

Example Earnings
Bring in 5 clients paying $300/month each:
• Month 1: You earn $600

• Month 1: You earn $2,400
• Months 2–12: You earn $600/month ($6,600/year)
• Total first year: $9,000
All for closing deals. No coding. No maintenance. No client management after the handoff.
