About the Role

Brown, LLC is seeking an Intake & Case Development Specialist for its Wage & Hour team.

This role sits at the front end of the case pipeline. You will speak with potential clients, gather facts and documents, maintain clean records, and help move strong matters from lead stage to attorney-ready case development.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, catches issues early, and keeps matters moving. The right candidate works with urgency, has strong attention to detail, and functions well within a team.

What You Will Do

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads
• Conduct structured intake calls and follow-ups
• Gather key facts, timelines, pay details, and employer information
• Collect and organize supporting documents
• Prepare clear, usable intake summaries for attorney review
• Track every lead through disposition so nothing falls through the cracks
• Follow up persistently to obtain missing information and documents
• Coordinate with attorneys to move matters toward engagement and filing readiness
• Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized records
• Help improve intake workflows and handoff processes
• Handle sensitive information with discretion
