Location: New York City & New Jersey
A growing personal injury case acquisition and marketing operation is seeking an experienced New York and New Jersey licensed, bilingual (English/Spanish) personal injury attorney to establish an ongoing Of Counsel relationship.
We are generating and acquiring personal injury cases throughout New York and New Jersey and are looking for the right attorney or small firm to help handle litigation and maximize case value.
OUR CURRENT CASE FOCUS
• High-value motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims
• Commercial motor vehicle accidents (CMVAs)
• Select third-party liability claims

REQUIREMENTS
• Active New York and New Jersey law license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Significant personal injury litigation experience
• Experience handling high-value MVAs, commercial vehicle accidents (CMVAs), and third-party liability claims
• Strong client communication and case management skills
• Ability to efficiently move cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Solo practitioners and small firms are encouraged to apply
