I am looking for experienced, detail-oriented landscaping guy or crew to landscape grooming of my front and back yard.
I am looking to pay a flat fee for the entire work. (separate: once completed weekly maintenance work - to be discussed after this gig)
Payment: upon completion of work.
Lawn Mowing & Edging: mow and edge the front yard (approx. 12,000 sq. ft.) and backyard (approx. 20,000 sq. ft.).
Weed Removal: Complete clearing of weeds from 5 large flower beds (each roughly 20 ft. x 10 ft.).
Debris Cleanup: Collect and remove all twigs, branches, and leaves from the front and back yards. [leave at a designated spot for collection - you dont need to dispose]
Pruning & Trimming: Trim, shape, and prune bushes and trees.
Irrigation Tune-up & Repair: Inspect, fix, and optimize the existing sprinkler system to ensure perfect coverage for the lawn.
Lawn fixup: Cut out and seed any dry areas or bald spots to restore healthy grass. [i will provide seeds]
Aeration & Fertilization: Perform core aeration (plugging) and apply high-quality fertilizer to the entire lawn. [OPTIONAL]
basically ensure both the front and back yards look good. i used to do this but i dont have time.
