I have a tile floor as you can see from the pictures. About 10 of the tiles are either loose or broken. I tried fixing 2 tiles myself and I didn't do a good job at it. I just don't have patience...
The job calls for lifting up the loose tiles excavating the broken ones. Putting the right mortar and making sure that it's even and lines up. I have the replacement tiles, and I also have a 50 pound bag of mortar.
I'm looking for someone with experience with flooring and tile and not a general handyman, only those with floor and tiles expertise.

Please reply with cost estimate.
