Seeking Skilled, Experienced, Trustworthy, and Professional Painter/Drywall Repair Subcontractor looking for a side gig to assist property manager with small paint and drywall repair jobs on an ongoing basis in an active Airbnb/Short Term Rental. Home is an older home with plaster walls. Property is located in Orange, NJ. No General Contractors, please.
Requirements:
*Must be skilled and experienced with professional painting and drywall or plaster wall repair
*Must be able to provide references for recent work done within the last 6 months for similar projects.
*Must provide valid government-issued photo ID and complete onboarding paperwork
*Must be of good character: Trustworthy, professional, reliable, honest in dealings
*Must be well equipped to perform all aspects of the job
*Must complete W9 for 1099 issued at end of fiscal year
PAYMENT:
*each job is negotiated and cost is agreed upon before start
*payments are made electronically using PayPal, Venmo. Cashapp or Zelle
* must provide receipt for all materials to be reimbursed
Current Job includes:
*cosmetic repair to a ceiling that had to be cut open for a plumbing repair
