Wall Paper Installation (Newton, NJ)

We are looking for someone who has experience installing wallpaper in a commercial setting. We are gym in Newton, NJ and looking to install custom wall paper (please see pics). The wallpaper has adhesive on the back but we may need to use a thin coat of wallpaper adhesive as well. The adhesive tends to not hold when the room gets humid.

I attached pics of the wall and wall paper. The wall paper will need to be installed 12 ft high on the wall so you would need to use a ladder. Below is more details:

Here are the dimensions of the wall:

Length = 40 Feet
Height = 3.5 feet
Wall height = 12 feet
Other info: Wall paper is 4ft in heigh and the area is only 3.5ft in height. We will need to cut the wallpaper to size.
